This is one of the Best property in Rishikesh. Telling you, The view of Ganges from the deck is Astonishing. They have decent Cafe with quality servings... and there is well managed Restaurant and Their food Quality is top notch. They have 58 rooms and all rooms have beautiful view of Ganges and lush green mountains and this is the USP of this Hotel. Right now due to Covid issue You get the best deal there. You get ₹12000/- room in just ₹6000/- with inclusive Breakfast and Dinner. Go and Grab the Deal ............ Regards

In one word, the experience staying in the property was 'pathetic'. We had booked two presidential suite which is supposed to be the best room available in the property, but was not worth for the amount charged. On reaching the property, the receptionist was forcing us to stay in a family room which had 2 beds as per her statement. We had to waste a lot of our time making her understand that we have already paid and booked Presidential suite..so you can make out how the rest of the service followed for the next two days as well. Highly disappointed with the management in the property, staff is not trained, even water bottles which is the least to offer is not provided on time...if you request for any room service..rest assured it won't be provided on time. If you order tea, that will be provided after 1-2 hours. Except for few, maximum staff in the property is rude, be it receptionist, or the manager in the restaurant..they have the audacity to even ask the customer to eat whatever is leftover in the buffet as if that's some courtesy from their end. If I write down every detail..this review won't end anytime soon. Overall experience was not good...we paid a huge amount and it wasn't worthy at all..
